Direction GPS gets you close, but not exactly there. La Plata Lane does not go through to the property. The only way to the property boundary and entrance is by using Lake Lane. So take La Plata to Lake, then take a left on Lake. Just through the old metal open gate on the right you will see a small sign, a tree and somewhat of a turn-a-round around that tree. That is the best and only place to park and turn around without using a neighbor's property. From there walking and hiking the property is at your own risk. Use the land Survey Plat to easily locate the visible property corners, stakes and rebar. Bring the Survey with you. You can print it from the MLS documents. Read directions in MLS carefully.
